We are seeking a Registered Kinesiologist to provide coverage for an established caseload while one of our practitioners is away. Coverage is needed from late July to mid-August, with an additional three-week coverage period in September.
This is an excellent opportunity for a kinesiologist looking for flexible work with immediate client demand and the potential for ongoing opportunities within a growing clinic. New graduates are welcome to apply.
What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Provide active rehabilitation, functional training, injury prevention, and mobility-focused care
- Support clients with chronic disease management and return-to-function goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting through JaneApp
- Communicate with referral sources and collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed
- Build strong therapeutic relationships and deliver exceptional client care
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the BC Association of Kinesiologists (BCAK)
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or a related field
- Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
- Professional liability insurance
- Clinical experience is an asset, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A client-centred and evidence-informed approach to care
- Bonus: Ability to speak Korean or another language
