Sales Associate – Holt Renfrew Vancouver
GreenTee Golf is seeking a passionate and client-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Holt Renfrew Vancouver location. This role is ideal for someone with a love of golf, a natural ability to connect with people, and a desire to deliver a premium retail experience in one of Canada's most iconic luxury destinations.
You will be the face of GreenTee Golf on the floor — engaging clients, sharing product knowledge, and creating memorable shopping experiences that reflect our brand values of luxury, performance, and community.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage clients in a warm, professional manner consistent with GreenTee Golf's brand standards
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on each client's skill level, playing style, and preferences
- Drive individual sales performance and contribute to overall store targets
- Maintain exceptional floor presentation including visual merchandising, product display, and cleanliness
- Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up communication and ongoing engagement
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support inventory management including stock replenishment and organization
- Collaborate with teammates and management to execute in-store events and product launches
- Represent GreenTee Golf with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
Work Hours
- Full-time or part-time available
- Must be available for varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service experience required (luxury retail or golf/sporting goods preferred)
- Genuine passion for golf — product knowledge of major brands is a strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-first environment
- Multilingual ability (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean) considered an asset
