This role would involve both creative and operational responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle and is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, collaborative, and able to take ownership of design execution and communication. Proposed Schedule
- Part-time position
- Starting July (flexible)
- Tuesday–Thursday (flexible — Thursdays are ideal in office)
- Opportunity to work semi-remotely (minimum 2 days in office preferred)
- Approximately 8:00/9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Starting compensation: $28/hour with a raise potential after 3 months
Responsibilities for this position may include:
- Client communication and presentations
- Design development and documentation
- Floor plans, elevations, and renderings
- Mood boards and design concepts
- Furniture, finish, and material sourcing
- Selections and specifications
- Organizing project documentation and revisions
- Site visits and collaboration with project managers and trades
- Supporting project timelines and follow-through across multiple active projects
