We are seeking a Print Sales Support to join the Enterprise Print Solutions team at WBM Technologies. This role supports our internal sales team and enterprise print operations by managing data, preparing quotes and documentation, processing orders, maintaining reporting, and assisting with business processes that contribute to an exceptional customer experience.
This position is an excellent entry point into the IT and Managed Services industry, offering strong exposure to business operations, sales processes, enterprise technology solutions, and data analysis, with opportunities for growth within WBM.

Support the Enterprise Print sales team with administrative, operational, and sales enablement activities.

Prepare customer quotes, proposals, presentations, and supporting documentation.

Accurately enter and manage sales orders while maintaining a high level of data integrity.

Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.

Analyze sales and operational data to support decision-making and identify trends.

Assist with developing and maintaining business process documentation, procedures, and internal resources.

Monitor sales activities, track key information, and ensure accurate record keeping across systems.

Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate order processing, reporting, and project requirements.

Support process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow.

Follow established WBM processes to ensure consistency, quality, and operational excellence.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel.

Interest in business operations, technology, data analysis, and process improvement.

Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and organization.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working with data, documentation, reporting, and administrative processes.

Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for learning.

Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or other reporting and automation tools would be considered an asset.

No prior industry experience required — training and mentorship will be provided.
