Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, child-led activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Support children with diverse needs, ensuring all children receive personalized care and attention
- Maintain open communication with families about their child's progress and daily experiences
- Ensure health and safety standards are consistently met through proper supervision and hygiene practices
- Collaborate with team members to develop educational plans and share best practices
- Document observations and developmental milestones to track each child's growth
Qualifications
- Experience working with children in Childcare Centre or Family Child Care Home settings
- Ability to engage children through play-based learning and nurturing interactions
- Experience working with children with diverse need is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured yet flexible environment
- Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- ECE Level I, II, III Certification
- Valid First AID/CPR-C
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector

Pay: $21.20-$29.28 per hour
