Medical Aesthetician
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and personable Medical Aesthetician to join our professional skincare team. In this role, you will provide advanced aesthetic treatments, enhance guest experiences, and promote our skincare products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of sanitation protocols, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including facials, IPL, Laser hair removal and Forma.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products
- Assist guests with product demos and upselling to enhance their experience and meet their skincare goals
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas following health regulations
- Deliver exceptional guest services by ensuring comfort, answering questions, and addressing client needs
- Support front desk operations including scheduling appointments and managing guest check-in/out processes
- Promote retail sales by educating clients about skincare products and offering suitable recommendations
- Conduct retail product demos to showcase benefits and features to clients
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and retail displays
- Stay informed about new treatments, products, and industry trends to provide expert advice
Experience
- Prior experience in skincare or aesthetic treatments such as facials, IPL, Laser hair removal and Forma.
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of sanitation standards within a spa or medical setting
- Experience in retail sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Ability to demonstrate professionalism, attentiveness, and a friendly demeanor at all times

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
