We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining efficient administrative workflows. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office
- Handle filing systems, both digital and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Provide customer support through phone and email correspondence, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, billing, and basic financial record keeping
- Support office operations by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Maintain organization of office supplies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with data entry, filing, and record management
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Strong typing, proofreading, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role
Pay: $42,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
