Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychometric Rater with a background in mental health for an exciting opportunity within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in administering various psychometric assessments and scales, particularly in the field of mental health and neurodegenerative disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Administer a variety of psychometric assessments and scales accurately and consistently.
- Conduct assessments in accordance with study protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of assessment data.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulations governing research and clinical trials.
- Collaborate effectively with research staff and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops as required.

- MADRS (Montgomery-Åsberg Depression Rating Scale)
- SIGH-D17 (Structured Interview Guide for the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale) or HAM-D (Hamilton Rating Depression Scale)
- MINI (Mini International Neuropsychiatric Scale)
- BPRS (Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale)
- CGI-S (Clinical Global Impression - of Severity)
- MGH ATRQ (Massachusetts General Hospital Antidepressant Treatment History)
- MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment)
- CDR (Clinical Dementia Rating)
- NPI (Neuropsychiatric Inventory)
- ADCS-ADL (Alzheimer’s Disease Cooperative Study – Activities of Daily Living)
- C-SSRS (Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale)
Requirements:
- Masters degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
- Experience working in mental health settings, such as clinics, hospitals, or research facilities.
- Experience with psychometric assessment tools and scales, particularly those mentioned above.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of ethical guidelines and regulations governing research and clinical practice.
