Summary
Join Harrison Eco Tours as a Kayak Rental Assistant and Beach Salesperson in Harrison Hot Springs. In this role, you will help guests enjoy our water activities and assist with beach sales, contributing to a welcoming and safe environment for all visitors during the summer season. Please note that this is a part-time, seasonal job in which hours will vary depending on weather conditions and the volume of bookings. It is essential candidates understand that the bulk of shifts will be in the afternoon and evenings, primarily Friday-Sunday.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with kayak rentals and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service and guest support.
- Promote our eco-tour offerings and beach products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental equipment.
- Support team members in delivering a fun and respectful experience.
- Educate guests about safety procedures and environmental considerations.
- Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in customer service or guest relations.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Previous experience with hospitality or outdoor activities is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic first aid certificate.
