We’re searching for an experienced 309A Journeyperson Electrician who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and genuinely cares about customers.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape a growing company.
Someone who takes ownership, brings ideas to the table, and isn’t afraid to help us raise the standard every single year.
You’ll work directly alongside the owner, help mentor an apprentice, influence how we operate, and play a key role in establishing the standards that every future employee will follow.

What You’ll Be Doing
Every day is different.
You could be:
- Troubleshooting electrical problems
- Installing EV chargers
- Completing panel and service upgrades
- Wiring renovations
- Installing generators and backup power systems
- Helping homeowners understand their electrical systems
- Mentoring an apprentice
- Helping improve our systems and processes as we grow

Qualifications & Experience
- 309A Construction & Maintenance Electrician Licence
- Strong residential service and installation experience
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with service calls, panel upgrades, service upgrades, renovations, and new residential installations
- Valid Ontario G driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Professional and respectful communication with homeowners
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Commitment to working safely and never compromising safety or quality
- Comfortable using technology such as smartphones, tablets, and job management software
- Willingness to mentor apprentices and help develop the next generation of electricians
