Duties
- Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to each client’s eye shape, style preferences, and natural lash health
- Provide personalized consultations to recommend the best lash styles and treatments for clients’ desired looks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
- Engage with clients at the front desk, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and answering inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Upsell additional beauty services or retail products that complement eyelash enhancements to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Foster strong communication by explaining aftercare instructions clearly and addressing any client questions or concerns effectively
- Build lasting relationships through excellent customer service, encouraging repeat visits and positive reviews
Qualifications
- Proven experience in applying eyelash extensions with a keen eye for detail and precision
- Strong retail sales skills to promote products confidently without being pushy
- Excellent customer service abilities to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients
- Effective communication skills to educate clients on aftercare and treatment options
- Previous experience working at the front desk or in a reception role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Certification in eyelash extension application or related beauty training is highly desirable

Pay: $17.60-$54.20 per hour
