Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) — Full-Time Opportunity
Toronto, ON | Canary District / Distillery District
Elit Care is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to build a full-time practice within our growing multidisciplinary clinic.
Located in Toronto’s Canary District, we serve an active and engaged community with strong demand for massage therapy. Our established RMTs maintain busy schedules, and this position offers excellent potential to develop a consistent caseload. As with any percentage-split position, appointment volume can vary and a completely full schedule cannot be guaranteed.
Available Hours
We are looking for an RMT who can commit to a combination of the following shifts:
- Monday: 2:00–8:00 p.m.
- Tuesday: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 9:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 2:00–8:00 p.m.
- Friday: 3:00–8:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
You do not need to be available for every shift. However, applicants seeking a full-time caseload and able to offer a combination of weekday, evening, and weekend availability will be given priority.

Compensation
Expected earnings: $63–$90 per treatment hour
Compensation is percentage-based. Actual earnings depend on appointment length, service pricing, and the number of completed appointments. Administrative time, breaks, cancellations, and unbooked hours are not paid at the treatment-hour rate.
