Duties
- Deliver personalized hair styling services tailored to client preferences and needs
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the salon environment
- Engage with clients at the front desk, managing appointments and providing exceptional customer service
- Upsell products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Assist clients with retail product selections, offering expert advice on hair care solutions
- Ensure smooth daily operations by managing appointment schedules and client flow efficiently
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive client relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon setting
- Ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance client satisfaction
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions and team collaboration
- Experience in retail sales within a beauty or retail environment is preferred
- Previous front desk or reception experience is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
