The Role
We are looking for a sharp, curious, and results-oriented Marketing Growth Analyst to join our team. This role is at the heart of our growth engine; you will be responsible for turning raw data into actionable insights that sharpen our marketing edge.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Analysis: Lead the deep-dive analysis of upper-funnel performance across all paid, organic, and earned channels to determine what’s driving high-quality traffic.
Measurement & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and reports that provide a "single source of truth" for marketing KPIs.
Optimization Strategy: Proactively identify friction points in the customer journey and surface opportunities to improve conversion rates (CRO) and overall marketing efficiency (CAC/LTV).
Cross-Functional Partnership: Act as a strategic bridge between Marketing, Data Science, and Product teams to ensure data integrity and help shape experiment roadmaps.
Stakeholder Influence: Translate complex data sets into clear, compelling narratives and present recommendations to leadership to guide budget allocation and campaign strategy.

Qualifications & SkillsAnalytical Mindset: 2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, or a similar data-heavy role.The Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI). Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe Analytics is a must.Funnel Fluency: A deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including attribution models, lead generation, and the mechanics of paid search/social.Communication: The ability to explain a P-value or a conversion trend to a non-technical audience without losing the "so what?"Curiosity: A natural drive to explore data beyond the surface level to find the hidden patterns in audience behavior.
