We are currently seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators to join a growing manufacturing team.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC Lathe machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
- Ensure parts meet quality and production standards
- Troubleshoot machining issues and perform routine machine maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of CNC Lathe operating experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with Fanuc controls and CNC machining processes
- Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Assets:
- CNC setup and programming experience
- CAD/CAM or SolidWorks knowledge
- Forklift experience
- Manufacturing and machining background
