You'll manage a territory across the Greater Toronto & Hamilton Area, develop lasting customer relationships, and represent one of Canada's most trusted names in industrial safety.
What You'll Do
- Grow and manage an established territory across the GTHA.
- Partner with the Inside Sales Representatives to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and drive profitable growth.
- Build trusted relationships with new and existing customers by learning about their operations and recommending tailored safety solutions.
- Collaborate with our Market Segment Managers, Technical Specialists, Service Team, and Customer Support teams to deliver complete customer solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals that demonstrate value and position Levitt-Safety as a trusted long-term partner.
- Use Salesforce CRM to manage your pipeline, customer activity, and sales opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships through cross-selling and value-added services.
- Represent Levitt-Safety at customer events, trade shows, fit testing clinics, and industry functions.
- Meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Live our "Think Team First" philosophy by sharing knowledge and supporting your teammates' success.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in B2B outside sales, preferably within industrial, safety, technical, construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- A proven ability to build lasting customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A consultative sales approach with a genuine desire to solve customer problems.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce is an asset).
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel regularly throughout the GTHA and surrounding areas in your own reliable vehicle.
- A commitment to workplace safety and leading by example when visiting customer sites.
