We are seeking a dedicated Asphalt Labourer to join our team. This role involves assisting with asphalt parking lot maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn new skills in the asphalt maintenance industry. A driving license and experience driving with a trailer are required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and placement of asphalt during paving projects.
- Operate equipment.
- Complete tasks and assist in production.
- Work independently.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.- Collaborate with team members.
- Perform general labour tasks as needed, including site cleanup and material handling.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in paving, landscaping, line painting, and sealcoating is preferred.- Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.
- Experience working on construction sites or in outdoor labour roles is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to asphalt parking lot maintenance.
