We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Janitorial Crew Member to join our team in Sudbury, Ontario.
This position supports the Area Manager with a variety of field operations and cleaning responsibilities across multiple locations throughout the Sudbury area.
No cleaning experience is required; however, previous cleaning experience is considered an asset.

Position Title: Janitorial Crew Member
As a Janitorial Crew Member, your duties may include:
- General cleaning duties
- Delivering cleaning supplies to various locations
- Covering shifts for sick, absent, or vacationing employees
- Assisting with special janitorial projects
- Providing support at multiple client sites as required
- Completing additional cleaning tasks as assigned
- Maintaining Bee-Clean’s high standards of cleanliness and customer service
- Valid Class G Driver’s Licence preferred
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a professional manner
- Good teamwork and leadership abilities
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using workplace apps and technology
The successful candidate will be required to obtain:
- Federal Security Clearance
- Local Police Background Check
