Important Note:
This position is for independent contractors only.
If hired, you will be responsible for:
- Submitting weekly invoices to DM Cleaning Services for hours worked
- Managing your own tax and business obligations
- Providing services under a contractor agreement (not as an employee)
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail—you notice the little things others might miss
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Able to follow specific cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- Must be comfortable working independently and in teams
- Transportation is preferred but not required
- Prior cleaning experience is an asset—but training is provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Surface Cleaning – Dusting, wiping, and polishing all surfaces, ensuring a spotless finish
- Deep Cleaning – Scrubbing floors, grout, tiles, and tackling hard-to-reach areas
- Sanitization – Disinfecting high-touch surfaces like doorknobs, switches, and countertops
- Detail-Oriented Inspections – Checking under cushions, behind furniture, and hidden spots
- Efficiency & Precision – Completing quality cleans in a timely manner
- Professionalism – Respecting client spaces and upholding our high standards
- Time Management – Arriving on time and completing work to satisfaction
