Duties
- Define product vision and roadmap for AI Sales Agent, CRM, Workforce, Kiosk, and App Builder platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications
- Lead Agile teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features, managing backlogs and sprints
- Oversee product development lifecycle from concept through deployment
- Coordinate with software engineers to develop APIs, integrate databases, and implement security protocols
- Conduct analysis using analytics tools to validate functionality across web platforms and mobile applications
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to present progress updates, roadmaps, and strategic plans
- Monitor product performance metrics post-launch, utilizing analytics insights to optimize user experience
- Foster leadership within teams by promoting Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and innovative problem-solving
Experience
- Proven experience in product management within SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Ability to gather requirements and translate into development tasks
- Experience with APIs, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS)
- Knowledge of web and mobile app development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
