This role supports the day-to-day management of kitchen operations, including maintaining food quality and consistency, managing labour and inventory, and helping develop the culinary team.
This opportunity may be based at one of our six Browns Socialhouse locations across the Lower Mainland, and candidates should be open to relocation within the region. Role/Responsibilities:
+ Conscientiously learn, observe and maintain Browns Socialhouse systems and operations
+ Serve consistently excellent food to our exact specifications and within our time standards
+ Manage food, kitchen labour, and other kitchen-related costs
+ Oversee inventory and ordering, meeting budget targets, and conducting food cost analysis
+ Manage prep inventory
+ Maintain immaculately clean kitchens
+ Ensure food delivery meets timing standards to our guests
+ Continually train, develop and motivate quality employees
+ Maintain kitchen labour costs to agreed-upon levels
+ Ensure high quality of food and presentation
+ Ensure that proper food safe practices are followed
+ Ensure proper receiving, storage and rotation of inventory
Requirements:

+ Minimum 1 year leadership experience in a high volume kitchen
