Starting wage of $18.50/hr + paid breaks is equivalent to $20.41/hr at jobs with unpaid breaks.

As a Budtender at Shelbourne Street, you'll be the face of our store, helping customers have a positive and informed shopping experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting customers and creating a warm, welcoming environment.
- Assisting customers in selecting products that best suit their needs.
- Providing accurate information about our products, including strains, consumption methods, and effects.
- Handling transactions efficiently and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Stay up to date on new cannabis products and industry knowledge.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and use good judgment when handling issues.
- Receive, process, and organize incoming inventory and orders.

- Previous customer service or retail sales experience.

- A valid Selling It Right certificate (required).
- Must meet the legal age requirement to work in the cannabis industry.
