In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and helping convert prospects into active buyers and sellers.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Lead Generation
- Prospect and identify potential real estate clients
- Generate new buyer and seller leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and marketing initiatives
- Build relationships with homeowners, investors, and prospective buyers
Business Development
- Represent the real estate agent professionally in client interactions
- Educate potential clients on available real estate services and opportunities
- Convince and guide customers toward working with the agent
- Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with leads
Consultation & Sales Support
- Understand customer needs and match them with suitable real estate solutions
- Assist in setting appointments and consultations
- Support negotiations and client onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate lead and client records
Performance & Growth
- Meet weekly and monthly client acquisition targets
- Participate in strategy meetings and growth planning
- Continuously build local market knowledge and sales skills
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales, marketing, or customer service experience preferred
- Confident speaking with clients and handling objections
- Entrepreneurial and goal-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and organized
- Real estate knowledge is an asset but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage relationships effectively
