Residential Construction Laborer (Entry-Level Friendly)

Olympic RTMs Sask is growing and hiring a Residential Construction Laborer to join our team. No extensive experience required — we provide on-the-job training.
You’ll work alongside our Project Management team to help coordinate and support the construction of homes at our Regina/Pilot Butte facility.
What You’ll Do
- Help ensure job sites follow safety standards
- Check completed work and assist with basic inspections
- Communicate with team members about required duties
- Help coordinate materials and deliveries with suppliers
- Support scheduling of trades and service work
- Assist with basic construction or adjustments as needed on new homes
What We’re Looking For
- Interest in construction or home building
- Willingness to learn — training provided
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay organized and follow instructions
- Comfortable working independently and with a team
- Basic experience with tools is helpful, but not required
