Community Ties Daycare is currently looking to hire a full-time educator, who can maintain a collative relationship with co-educators. Educators work to create places of vitality along side families to support children in our care. Educators must be coachable, collaborative, hardworking, creative, flexible and can invest in our vision for our children and families.
The successful candidate must have a willingness to learn and practices day to day child led routines, be open to learning about the Flight Curriculum Framework, and interested in working in a dynamic and supportive team atmosphere. We look forward to hearing from you.
Qualifications:
must obtain level 1 certification within 6 months of commencement date or have a ECE level 2 or 3.
Valid First Aid certificate
Vulnerable sector check
Ability to work a 8 - hour shift between 7am to 6pm Monday through Friday.
Successful candidate must be flexible and able to attend collaborative team meetings, family gatherings, community events and professional development training.
Educators are expected to keep a safe and organized classroom environment, follow licensing and Alberta health Services expectations. Be skilled at stimulating children through invitations to play and nurturing their healthy grow and development.
Job Type: Full-time up to 40 hours per week
