It is a contractual position. Season at Kitchener Auditorium will start around last week of August 2026 and goes until June 2027.
The hourly wage rate for this position is $17.60. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Job Summary:
Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
- Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor.
- Fold napkins throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply.
- Perform all assigned side work, including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands.
- Perform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning unexpected spills, handling special guest requests, and greeting and seating guests.

- Previous work experience in restaurants, fine dining level service knowledge and training is an asset.
