Pioneer Auto Group is looking for an experienced automotive leader to take over and grow one of 13 pre-owned dealerships, located in beautiful Langley, BC.
This is more than a GM position. It's an opportunity to think and operate like an owner, under your own corporation.
What You'll Have
- The ability to build and lead your own sales, F&I & non-prime teams.
- The opportunity to retail your own vehicles every month—not just manage from the sidelines.
- A multi-million-dollar operating line to acquire inventory from places like Adessa, Eblock, Enterprise, and more.
- Capacity to stock 100+ quality pre-owned vehicles in Langley.
- Full access to multiple OEM brands, including Honda, Mitsubishi, Stellantis, and many more, providing an ongoing pipeline of inventory and opportunities.
- Relationships with virtually every major prime and non-prime lender in Canada.
- Complete back-office support, including accounting, payroll, HR, compliance, marketing, funding, lender relations, and IT, so you can focus on growing the business.
- The buying power, reputation, and resources of Pioneer Auto Group behind you every day.

You're already running a dealership or a major variable operation.
You know how to source inventory, build gross, motivate a team, manage expenses, and create a culture that customers and employees want to be part of.
You're driven, competitive, and entrepreneurial—but you're ready to get away from corporate bureaucracy and into an environment where your decisions matter and your results directly impact your income.
Compensation
This is a rare leadership opportunity with expected earning potential of $300,000 to even like some of our other dealer operators earning over $1,000,000 per year, which will be based entirely on the success you build.
