This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.

Job Role/ Responsibilities:
· Operate and maintain printing equipment, including digital printers, and other equipment, to produce high -quality name badges.
· Setting up printing jobs according to specifications, including adjusting settings, loading materials, performing test runs to ensure optimal print quality.
· Doming, Assembly, signs, name badges and packaging.
· Monitor printing processes closely, inspecting printed materials for defects or errors and adjusting as needed to maintain the quality standards.
· Troubleshoot printing equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks to keep machines running smoothly and prevent downtime.
· Coordinate with other team members, including designers, prepress technicians, and supervisor/ manager to ensure seamless flow and timely completion of orders.
· Follow safety protocols, use of PPE’s and best practices to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
· Maintain accurate records of production activities, including job details, material used and production times, scraps & rejects to track performance and identify areas of improvement.
· Participate in the preparation and execution of cycle count during Inventory count or as and when needed.
· Assist in other areas of the Operations department as and when needed.
You Possess:
- High school diploma / related post-secondary education.
- Basic knowledge of printing processes, equipment operation and assembly.
- Excellent attention to detail, maintain high quality standards under tight deadlines and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent communication and team-work skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift objects up to 35lbs occasionally and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for data entry and familiarity with printing software.
