Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in resolving Franchise owners inquiries or issues
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Support the team with various operational tasks as needed
- Assist in the training of new Franchise owners to our Health based cleaning system
Requirements:
- The ability to work independently
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Knowledge of basic administrative and clerical procedures
- Willing to take on additional task as required and learn new skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
