Darwynn Fulfillment is seeking dedicated and efficient Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operations, focusing heavily on the handling, labelling, and packaging of international shipments. You will be a key player in ensuring our warehouse activities run smoothly and efficiently, adhering to our high standards of service and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving Shipments: Unload and inspect incoming packages, ensuring they are handled with care to prevent damage.
- Labeling and Scanning: Accurately scan each package using specialized software, print labels, and apply them correctly to each package.
- Packaging and Bagging: When required, carefully bag certain products, ensuring packaging quality and integrity.
- Organizing and Storing: Efficiently place labelled and bagged packages in bulk storage containers (Gaylords), maximizing space utilization and maintaining order.
- Quality Control: Regularly conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy in labelling and adherence to process protocols.
- SLA Adherence: Ensure all tasks are completed within the stipulated 24-hour period in compliance with Service Level Agreements.
- Safety and Maintenance: Adhere to safety guidelines and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory tracking and management activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in using scanning and labelling equipment.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy packages.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer literacy.
