B Jacob Construction is an operating business with over 15 years of experience installing high-quality epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings across Calgary and Alberta. We’re growing and looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our crew.
What the role involves:
Surface preparation, including grinding with hand and floor grinders, concrete repairs, self-leveling, and shot-blasting
Installing premium polyaspartic and epoxy systems
Broadcasting flakes, quartz, and silica
Applying various topcoats
Use of professional-grade tools and equipment (floor grinders, vacuums, etc.)
Keeping the jobsite clean and professional
Delivering 5-star customer service
Minimum 2+ years of experience in epoxy/polyaspartic flooring or concrete coatings
Strong knowledge of metallic systems, solid colour systems, urethanes, polyaspartic flake systems, concrete prep, and concrete repair
Able to drive a work truck and trailer
Able to lead a small crew (1–2 people) and successfully complete jobs to Elegant Coatings standards
