Duties
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Implement individualized care plans tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals
- Support participation in community activities, social events, and recreational outings to promote engagement and social skills
- Administer medication following prescribed protocols and document all medication administration accurately
- Use effective communication skills to facilitate understanding and expression
- Observe and report on individuals’ progress, behaviors, and any concerns to the care team
- Foster a safe, respectful environment by adhering to health and safety standards at all times
