Wilson Solutions Ltd. is looking for a motivated, reliable, and professional individual to join our team in a combined Sales and Installation Specialist role.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, meeting customers, learning new skills, and being rewarded for strong performance. The right candidate will be trained in both on-site installations and sales/design consultations.
This role offers strong earning potential for someone who is driven, organized, and committed to providing an excellent customer experience. In addition to hourly pay, commission opportunities are available, and top performers have the ability to earn significantly more based on results.
The successful candidate should be located in the Grey/Bruce County area and be comfortable travelling throughout Grey, Bruce, and surrounding areas for customer appointments and installations.
Installation Responsibilities
Duties include:
- Installing custom closets, garage cabinets, floor coatings, railings, blinds, and other home storage solutions
- Reading and following installation plans and project details
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site
- Completing installations with care, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Lifting and carrying materials, approximately 50 pounds when required
- Communicating professionally with customers while on site
Experience in carpentry, construction, renovations, or installations is an asset, but not required for the right candidate.
Sales Responsibilities
Duties include:
- Meeting with customers in their homes to discuss and design custom storage solutions
- Working with provided leads — no cold calling required
- Building relationships with customers, builders, and potential clients
- Learning product knowledge and helping customers make confident decisions
- Managing multiple projects at different stages of the sales process
- Communicating with clients about product questions, design details, installation scheduling, and overall satisfaction
- Representing Wilson Solutions Ltd. in a professional and trustworthy manner
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong people skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Professional, trustworthy, and reliable work ethic
- Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple active projects
- Confidence working with customers in their homes
- Good working knowledge of Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
- Good time management and ability to work under pressure
- Interest in construction, home improvement, design, or custom storage solutions
- Ability to read drawings and understand the basics of new home builds is an asset
- 1–2 years of construction or related experience is an asset, but not required
Compensation
- $22–$35 per hour, based on experience and skill level
- Commission opportunities available
