Barista (Breakfast Restaurant)
We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our Cappadocia-style breakfast restaurant team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, guest experience, and working in a fast-paced morning environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, tea, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation standards
- Operate POS system and handle customer orders accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and equipment
- Support breakfast service team during busy hours
- Restock coffee beans, milk, and other supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Skills
- Previous barista or café experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso machines
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently during busy breakfast hours
- Team player with a positive and energetic attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Pay: $17.20-$30.49 per hour
