Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Account Representative to join our team. This role is integral to identifying, developing, and nurturing business opportunities within the structural steel and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry expertise and financial acumen to build lasting client relationships and contribute to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities & Duties
Opportunity Identification and Development:
- Conduct in-depth research to identify potential business opportunities within the structural steel and industrial sectors.
- Develop comprehensive business cases to present to management for decision-making.
Client Acquisition and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify and target prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Reporting and Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively to showcase the value of the company’s products and services.
Problem Resolution:
- Identify and address procedural conflicts within the business, ensuring smooth operations and optimal client satisfaction.
Industry Expertise:
- Utilize knowledge of the structural steel industry to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Stay informed about trends and innovations within the industrial sector to remain competitive.
Business Financial Insights:
- Apply financial knowledge to evaluate business opportunities and present data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure alignment of proposals with company revenue goals and client budgets.
Other Duties as assigned.
- Qualification & Experience
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the structural steel or industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the structural steel industry and industrial processes.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and develop business cases
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on client engagement.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve procedural conflicts effectively.
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and present actionable insights.·
