Job Description:
Come work for us at Coast Surf Shop. We are looking for a full-time employee to join our team who is self-motivated, reliable and wanting to build genuine connections with our customers. A love for clothing and paddle boarding is an asset.
Your Day:
- Connecting and building relationships with our customers
- Contributing to our social media presence
- Continually learning about the products we sell
- Inputting inventory into our POS system
- Renting paddle boards
- Ringing in sales through our POS system
- Displaying product in an appealing, organized and clean way
Qualifications:
- Willing work at both Cumberland and Comox Locations with availability on weekends, holidays as well as regular shifts
- Work full day/ shift
- Previous knowledge of Paddle board and Surf Related products is an asset but not necessary (we provide detailed training as well as on water experience)
- Self- motivated as well as able to work as a team and by yourself.
- For this lead position previous retail experience in necessary
