Responsibilities include:
- Running a project from start to completion , including coordination of supplies & labour, disposal bins, etc.
- Formwork
- Waterproofing
- Demolition
- Concrete finishing and placement
- Landscaping
Requirements :
- Experience in Concrete construction and rehabilitation, water proofing, expansion joints, Parking garage projects etc.
- Experience as a site foreman with good work ethic, a drive for results, organization, good communication skills, respectful and dependable.
- Be willing to provide job updates with engineers and clients/owners with an upbeat attitude and respectable manner.
- Able to read and interpret drawings.
