Blue Mountain Fruit Company is hiring positive, detail-oriented Production Workers to join our team!
This position is full time seasonal, starting in September 2026 with an estimated end date of summer 2027, depending on crop availability. The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work from 8am-6pm, Monday through Friday, with some evening and weekend hours as required.
Duties Include:
- Sorting and grading apples
- Leaf picking
- Packing/re-packing apples
- Stacking/lifting cases of apples onto pallets
- Assembling packaging and general cleaning duties
Needed Abilities:
- Interactive communication
- A concern for safety
- Positive approach to problem solving
- Ability to shift between tasks quickly and efficiently
Conditions of Employment
- Ability and willingness to work flexible hours
- Ability to lift 25kg (preferred)
- Reliable transportation to/from work
Candidates should have strong attention to detail and work well in a team environment. This role involves repetitive movements such as reaching, lifting, and standing, as it is on our production floor. No previous experience necessary.
