Reports to: Program Manager · Supervises: a facilitation team
Help youth mental health thrive across Quebec's English-speaking network.
You ensure the operational and qualitative supervision of field activities while developing and mobilizing the English-speaking school and community network across Quebec. You safeguard the consistency, quality, and impact of interventions for youth, and lead a small facilitation team built on cohesion and clear communication.
The ideal candidate is fully bilingual, with strong knowledge of the English-speaking community sector and a solid understanding of the realities of the English-speaking school and community network. They demonstrate strong leadership, networking abilities, and political awareness. They bring experience in team supervision, coaching, and program implementation, along with autonomy, adaptability, and the ability to quickly understand key issues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
FIELD SUPERVISION & SUPPORT
- Observe workshops and activities in school and community settings.
- Deliver constructive feedback to facilitation teams to ensure program quality, impact and professional growth.
- Maintain an active field presence to represent the Foundation and support intervention teams.
HR & OPERATIONAL COORDINATION
- Manage the facilitation team by fostering cohesion and effective communication.
- Support scheduling, assignments and logistics with the Deployment & Logistics Lead.
- Lead onboarding and conduct recruitment interviews.
TRAINING, MONITORING & EVALUATION
- Deliver initial and ongoing training for facilitators and improve content to match field realities.
- Deploy monitoring and evaluation tools (protocols, surveys) and drive their continuous improvement.
- Compile and analyze data (attendance, observations, school feedback) to inform reports and reviews.
ENGAGING THE ENGLISH-SPEAKING NETWORK
- Conduct outreach to English school boards and secondary schools to promote the Foundation's services.
- Co-develop tools, content and workshops tailored to local community realities.
- Mobilize key stakeholders (parents, teachers, practitioners, organizations) around youth mental health.
THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
REQUIREMENTS
- Education — Community intervention, social work, education, mental health or a related field — or equivalent experience.
- Experience — 3 to 5 years in youth intervention, facilitation, team supervision or field coordination.
- Languages — Bilingualism required — French and English (advanced, spoken and written).
- Assets — Quebec's English-speaking school and community sector; digital tools (CRM, online forms); ATS.
- Licence — Valid driver's licence — frequent travel; availability for occasional evenings and weekends.
