The Role
We’re hiring for Jr. Sous Chef and Sous Chef. The right person at the right level will earn their place.
This is not a title job. This is an ownership job.
Responsibilities:
- Run service (pace, tickets, quality)
- Lead the line (communication, standards)
- Execute prep systems (pars, lists, organization)
- Protect product (seafood handling, waste control)
- Hold people accountable (professionally, consistently)

Pay: $47,720.96-$60,397.12 per year
