Drywall Installer / Taper / Finisher
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Drywall Installer / Taper / Finisher to join our team. We complete a mix of high-end custom work, remediation, renovation, and general construction projects, so quality craftsmanship and pride in your work are important.
Looking for site lead and general labour. Inquire about site lead - must have 3 to 5 years experience.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install drywall
- Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall joints
- Complete clean, smooth finishes ready for primer or paint
- Apply caulking where needed
- Read basic drawings, layouts, and project instructions
- Use hand tools and power tools safely
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Work with other trades to keep projects moving
- Assist with basic construction or handyman tasks when needed
Requirements
- Experience with drywall installation, taping, and finishing
- Strong attention to detail and clean workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards
- Basic knowledge of construction safety
- Ability to lift materials and work on your feet throughout the day
- Experience with priming and painting is preferred but not required
- Driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
