At Lark, the Front of House Team is the heartbeat of the studio.
The Role
The Front of House Team Member is the face of Lark and a key part of the member experience. You set the tone for every visit: welcoming guests, supporting studio operations, and ensuring the space runs smoothly and beautifully. This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives on organization, and brings calm, confident energy to a fast-paced environment.
Availability We’re Hiring For
We are seeking team members with availability for:
- Early mornings
- Evenings
- Weekends (AM/PM)
Open availability across multiple time blocks is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a warm, professional guest experience from arrival to departure
- Support first-time clients, answer questions, and handle concerns with care Manage check-ins, waitlists, memberships, retail sales, and front desk systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, presentation-ready studio environment
- Represent the Lark brand while creating strong member relationships
- Support events and special programming
- Communicate clearly with instructors and management
- Execute opening/closing procedures and follow studio SOPs
What We’re Looking For

- Organized, reliable, and detail-focused
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask
- Comfortable with technology or quick to learn
- Passionate about wellness, fitness, or service-driven spaces
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or hospitality
- Customer service or sales background
- Interest in Lagree and/or group fitness
- Experience with MarianaTek or similar software
