Kuppers + Greene Orthodontics is looking to hire an enthusiastic and experienced Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate must have exceptional interpersonal relationship skills and share our passion for Orthodontics!
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of previous treatment coordinator experience in a dental or orthodontic office
- Strong dental and/or orthodontic knowledge and experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build strong connections with patients, families and team
- Warm and friendly personality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
Responsibilities:
- Educate and present Orthodontic treatment plans, financial arrangements and answer questions. Ability to communicate the benefits of orthodontic treatment and make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
- Building strong relationships with families to ensure their trust in Kuppers + Greene Orthodontics
- Maintain accurate patient records and communicatons
- Establish excellent rapport with the Doctors and team
- Correspondence with referring offices
