Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead cook to oversee daily operations within our food service establishment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant activities, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.
- Lead and manage team members to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, setting an example for staff.
- Manage restaurant operations during shifts, including opening, closing, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Train new staff members on food safety protocols, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Ensure adherence to health regulations and quality control measures.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to uphold the establishment’s reputation.
- Collaborate with management to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling.
- Previous restaurant management or leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices within the food industry.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Experience in hospitality settings with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $19.25-$27.21 per hour
