General Accountability
Forklift Operator plays a key role in ensuring efficient safety, and high-quality beverage production in a Tetra Pak packaging environment.
Specific Accountabilities
- Works in accordance with Cizzle Brands Manufacturing Inc Food Safety Program, Good Warehousing Practices, and Health and Safety requirements.
- Ships and received products in accordance with Cizzle Brands Manufacturing Inc requirements and food safety standards.
- Complies with HACCP/food safety & quality documentation as required.
- Reports any violations of Food safety and GMP’s to their supervisor and Quality.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Responsible for overall cleanliness and maintenance of entire facility.
- Ensures adherence to Health & Safety guidelines and communicates concerns to management immediately.
- Operates various Materials Handling Equipment such as fork trucks, reach trucks and powered pallet jacks. Some heavy lifting may be required.
Requirement
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year reach experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a beverage or food manufacturing company
- Experience with RF scanners
- Basic ERP knowledge
- Valid Forklift certificate
- Accuracy and attention to detail while working under tight deadlines
- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Physical Requirement
- · Ability to stand, walk, and perform hands-on equipment tasks for extended periods.
