Job Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer and Customer Service Representative to join our workshop team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with experience in graphic design, print production, and customer service, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced print and workshop environment.
Duties
- Develop compelling visual content for print and digital media, including flyers, brochures, banners, and social media graphics
- Create professional designs using Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and other graphic design software
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with design inquiries, project updates, and order processing
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards
- Maintain organized files of all design assets and project documentation
- Prepare and finalize print-ready artwork for production (digital printing, signage, and workshop jobs)
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for graphic design and digital artwork
- 1–2 years of experience in graphic design / print design / visual design
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships and meet customer requirements effectively. Fluent in English speaking, writing, and reading proficiency.
- Diploma or Certificate in Graphic Design is required
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced print/workshop environment
- High attention to detail, creativity, and accuracy
