About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor, you'll be responsible for a portfolio of client sites throughout Nanaimo and the surrounding rural communities. You'll lead our frontline teams, build strong relationships with clients, and make sure every site consistently delivers the level of service Alpine is known for.
This is a field-based leadership role where no two days look the same. One day you may be meeting with a client, the next you're coaching an employee, completing site inspections, resolving an operational issue, or helping onboard a new team member. You'll work closely with both our clients and employees to ensure our operations run smoothly while creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
Our business operates around the clock, so flexibility is important. You'll regularly support day and night shift teams, complete occasional evening and weekend site visits, and travel throughout your assigned region.
