Our client in Ingersoll (Ingersoll St N and King St W), a Manufacturing Company is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their team.
This is full-time permanent position with the Company. The client is seeking punctual, and realiable workers.
Must have own transportation - there is no bus route
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Training on the day shift for 2 weeks. After training, the shift will be rotating every 2 weeks to the following:
Day: 7:30am to 3:30pm - Monday to Friday
Afternoon: 3:30pm to 11:30pm
Midnight 11:30pm to 7:30am - Sunday to Thursday
Must be flexible to work Saturday shifts
Payrate: $26.54/hr (shift premium $85cents for afternoon and $1 for nights)
Any hours worked after 8 hours a shift will be considered Overtime.

JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for loading raw parts into machines, monitoring part quality, and ensuring completed components meet required specifications.
Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work rotating shifts. All training is provided on the job to ensure success and growth in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES Machine Operation
- Load and unload single or multiple parts into machines with precision and care.
- Monitor machinery during operation and report any abnormalities or equipment issues.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and tooling within scope of training.
Quality Assurance
- Visually inspect completed parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Use basic gauges and measurement tools to verify dimensional accuracy.
- Complete required quality documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure Work-in-Progress (WIP) is properly handled and meets all process standards.
Flexibility & Team Support
- Support other production areas as needed through cross-training and job rotation.
- Participate in training and mentor new operators on machine-specific functions when required.
Respond positively to changing priorities and production schedules.
Safety & Housekeeping
- Perform all tasks in compliance with health and safety policies.
- Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions immediately.
Computer Use & Reporting
- Use basic computer software for logging data, printing labels, or accessing work instructions.
- Follow digital or printed work instructions as required for job execution.
- Maintain accurate records of production counts and inspection results.

Pay: $26.54-$27.54 per hour
