What You’ll Be Doing
- Work in teams of 1–2 technicians
- Execute:
- Window cleaning (interior & exterior)
- Gutter cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Safely use ladders and professional equipment
- Deliver high-quality, detail-driven results
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients
- Follow company systems (quality control, safety, job notes)
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic (non-negotiable)
- Reliable and disciplined (on time, consistent)
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Takes initiative — solves problems, doesn’t wait
- Class 5 driver’s license (required)
Strong assets:
- Window cleaning or similar manual labor experience
- Bilingual (English / French)
Compensation & Structure
- $18.50 – $23.00/hour + performance bonuses
- Tips + commissions
- End-of-season bonus
- Full-time preferred (seasonal/contract options available)
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional weekends (weather-dependent)
