As a key member of the Lexus of Calgary team and reporting to the Service Manager, the Drive Thru Attendant will work with the service department, representing a world-class leader in the automotive industry.
Lexus of Calgary is seeking our next great team member to join our team as a full-time Drive Thru Attendant at our location in Calgary.
Summary:
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Drive Thru Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, tagging and parking vehicles for service. The role also ensures that vehicles are washed, cleaned, and ready for pick-up.
Major Responsibilities

Greet guests upon their arrival to the dealership as they enter the drive-thru

Thank guests for their business as they leave the dealership

Perform simple alignment tests on vehicles

Organize vehicles in service / guest parking lot

Check in/out courtesy vehicles

Maintain safe and clean drive-thru

Ability to be on your feet for most of the day

Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Assist in the flow of traffic in the service drive-thru.

Qualifications

Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract

High School diploma or equivalent and/or post-secondary education

Competent and comfortable using computers with windows software

High level of integrity and work ethic

Ability to professionally interact with our guests

Exceptional verbal communication

Legally entitled to work in Canada by any employer
Working Environment:

This role requires the individual to work the following schedule:

Monday -Friday 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM, with the occasional Saturdays.
